Since 1987, we have stood for quality, dependability, and seamless collaboration between clients, architects, and master craftsmen. With Kaiser Chalet – a brand of Kufstein-based CGO Wohnbau GmbH – we set new benchmarks for exclusive residential concepts.

As an established property developer, we oversee our developments from initial architectural planning through to turnkey handover. This ensures the finest quality at every stage, creating properties that offer both an exceptional living environment and long-term investment value.

Our chalets and residential developments combine superior architectural design, state-of-the-art building technology, and exceptional locations. Our portfolio focuses predominantly on prime properties in Tyrol, nestled between the Kaisergebirge and the Kitzbühel Alps. In addition, we also develop selected residential projects on the eastern shore of Lake Garda – a region uniquely uniting a Mediterranean lifestyle, breathtaking scenery, and refined living.

Working in close partnership with renowned architects, interior designers, and specialist craftsmen, we create bespoke residences that harmoniously balance alpine heritage, artisanal quality, and contemporary comfort.

Rely on our expertise and discover exceptional living at its finest – direct from the developer.
